You may know me from the TV series “Yellowjackets” or the horror franchise “Scream.” I love playing gay characters, but I love BEING gay even more. My favorite thing about being gay? Our community. We are so joyful and vibrant, even when we shouldn't have to be — like, for example, while consuming the news.

In 2021, I realized there wasn’t a queer version of a daily news podcast that gays could listen to while they get ready for a day of being gay. When I met Nay Bever (Shudder’s “Queer For Fear”), I realized she was the perfect person to bring this podcast to life. Over the next three years, we spent countless FaceTimes drinking coffee and cooking up our dream show—which brings us to you now.

TODAY IN GAY is your one stop shop for gay news — especially good gay news — available Monday through Friday everywhere you get your podcasts.

We’ve found some amazing people along the way to bring this show to life. Hosting alongside Nay Bever is Associate Producer Vico Ortiz.
